Booking

• To book rooms, you have to send an E-mail : info@milodge.com  or call us : (56)09 321 7567 / (56)09 321 7997 / (56)09 623 0412
• All our prices in USD o Chilean Pesos can change.
• Foreigners paying in cash in USD are 19% tax-free
• The MI Lodge doesn´t accept Travellers Checks
• Your first child under 4 years  doesn´t pay, the other under 4 years old receive a 15% discount.
• Kids between 4 and 11 years old receive a 15% discount.
• To confirm a booking, a deposit of 50% of the total is demanded. It´s possible to do it with a bank transfer or via paypal.

Payment

• The payment of the other 50% has to be done in the check-in
• The others services have to be paid in the check-out.
• The total can be paid with credit card or check or cash (Pesos, Euros or USD).
• The shuttles have to be paid in cash

Change and cancelation of booking

• If you cancel your booking 21 days before the date of your stay´s beginning, the Lodge will refund you 50% of the deposit ( 25% of the total)
• If you cancel your booking between 20 and 15 days before the date of your stay´s beginning, the Lodge will refund you 25% of the deposit
• If you cancel your booking less than 15 days before the date of your stay´s beginning, the Lodge will keep all the money of the deposit.
• No refund will be done if the client walks away before the end of the stay. Whatever the reason.

Check-in / Check-out times

• During medium and high seasons (February-June-July-August-September), check-in will be done from 4 pm.
• During medium and high seasons (February-June-July-August-September), check out have to be done before 10 am.
• Every late check-out will be charged
